Hi guys, welcome to iconab, am going to be making a really simple differences in Specifications between the INFINIX Flagship device and TECNO flagship device. Both Smartphone industry has really done a great job in providing a simple, easy to use and cheap Smartphones to the African tech market.
Now to the real talk; The INFINIX ZERO 5 vs TECNO PHANTOM 8 are both great lovely devices with great specs and body designs but I still think one is better than the other, let's find out guys. Am going to be touching only the basic parts or specs of both Flagship so as not to beat around the bush and also their similarities will touched.
TECNO PHANTOM 8 DISPLAY VS INFINIX ZERO 5 DISPLAY
The TECNO PHANTOM 8 features a nice 5.7" inch FHD display size of 1080*1920 resolution while the INFINIX ZERO 5 sports a 5.98" inch FHD display size but same in resolution. So I'll say the INFINIX ZERO 5 is only larger in size but they have the same display qualities/resolution. If you want a larger phone, go for the INFINIX ZERO 5.TECNO PHANTOM 8 VS INFINIX ZERO 5 PERFORMANCE
Both Flagship are both powered and running on the same processor (Helio P25 Octa Core clocked at 2.6GHz), so both TECNO PHANTOM 8 and INFINIX ZERO 5 have a quality CPU speed but their differences is the RAM capacity; the TECNO PHANTOM 8 houses a 6GB RAM which is very cool and smart of them and INFINIX wouldn't like to disappoint users by putting less in it new flagship, so it is also equipped with a huge 6GB RAM.TECNO PHANTOM 8 VS INFINIX ZERO 5 STORAGE
The memory space of both Flagship is nice and cool but it can be way cooler if they had equipped both the TECNO PHANTOM 8 and INFINIX ZERO 5 with a 128GB ROM instesd of 64GB ROM simply because, there are some of these Chinese product like Bluboo, Doogee and so on which has up to that ROM and their prices are not even up to the TECNO and INFINIX Flagship products. The differences is their external storage expansion capacity; the TECNO PHANTOM 8 can support up to 2TB while the INFINIX ZERO 5 is up to just 128GB.
TECNO PHANTOM 8 VS INFINIX ZERO 5 CAMERA
The camera is one of the things we look at before purchasing a smartphone; the TECNO PHANTOM 8 sports a 12MP+13MP AF Dual Rear Cameras and as we all know, TECNO has really improved alot on it camera abilities and the TECNO PHANTOM 6 was not a disappoinment meanwhile, INFINIX ZERO 5 adopts a dual camera of same MP, hmm this is interesting but I hope you will be able to know which is better than the other because all I can say is, both Flagship rear has almost the same quality because the INFINIX ZERO 4 was a good camera Smartphone.Here is the interesting part of both TECNO PHANTOM 8 and INFINIX ZERO 5 camera spec ability; the TECNO PHANTOM 8 is equipped with a massive 20MP selfie camera + a bright selfie flashlight which is awesome to selfie freaks with nice bokeh effects and other beauty packages while the INFINIX ZERO 5 sports a 16MP selfie camera which is also cool but not as cool as the giant TECNO PHANTOM 8 selfie camera. I think TECNO nailed it on this one..lol
TECNO PHANTOM 8 VS INFINIX ZERO 5 BATTERY CAPACITY
TECNO really messed up on this one, giving a giant Smartphone of f it's class just a 3500mAh, though it gonna last but I think it too small for the TECNO PHANTOM 8 and I think INFINIX took an advantage on this one, making the INFINIX ZERO 5 house a 4350mAh + xcharge technology for rapid charge. Both Flagship battery last way longer than each other but both are cool to manage.OTHERS
Both TECNO PHANTOM 8 and INFINIX ZERO 5 are running on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system except that the INFINIX ZERO 5 is based on XOS while TECNO PHANTOM 8 is a pure stock Android™ which is quite disappointing because users are expecting the Google Android 8.0 Oreo operating system but what can we do, it all good. I hope both Flagship will be able to receive and upgrade to Android 8.0.
